Planning to refinance primary residence, what options would be better in terms of low closing cost and optimal fee (if any)
how much closing cost, hidden fee and other fees differs between no name lender VS big lenders like chase, well Fargo, BOA etc ?
what do you prefer and suggest based on your experience ?
