What refinance rates are you getting today

Hey BP,

I'm curious if you can share what refinance rates that you're getting on investment property? Credit >800, and we have about $140000 in equity on a property worth about $390,000.

That's amazing Justin! No cash out. Rental income is about $1650/mo.  I wonder if they have an IRRL option for a conventional product. I'm not entitled to the VA option - thanks for you service!

I just finished a VA IRRRL - 2.75% for 30 years with $1200 in lender credits.
