Does it matter where your lender is located
I'm in Minnesota, planning to move to NM or AZ this year and looking to buy my first owner-occupied 3 or 4 plex. Hopefully this will be followed up by a 2nd purchase later this year. When choosing a lender / broker, does it make a difference whether they are local and know the market where you want to buy?
