I have a question for BP
Right now I'm looking to buy FHA house I'm trying to do the house hacking strategy right now I just received the listing on MLS for a five unit I completely understand that I won't be able to qualify for a five unit under the FHA.
But we really sparked my interest about this deal is it’s within my budget whoever has the house on the listing keeps dropping the price. I have a crazy idea and I wanted to know if it was possible.
Would it be possible to get in contact with the owner of the five unit ask him to convert it to a four unit re-list the property that way I can a plied for it I just wanna know has anything like this happen before have you heard of anything I’m just trying to maximize my profit with a property that would be able to do so I would appreciate any advice thank you
