@Doran Summers Thanks for inquiring, basically I feel like I been treated as a newbie, where I been ask how much I am willing to pay for closing cost, and several times my lender just send me a loan estimates just to sign without discussing interest rate, points charged, not giving me any options other than just signed the one. Also, I was very clear from the beginning that I am willing to do a second or third loan if we need to for future properties but, I feel like she just want to do one and done and get paid now rather then later on future transactions.

By the way are loan processors getting paid from the lenders/banks when they processed a loan or only from whatever points they charged the borrower?

Not sure how that works with processors. If you want to send me a loan scenario I can provide a breakdown in points, fees, rates etc.
