Building Duplex in the James Island area
Hello everyone! I currently own a little less than 0.5 acres of land on James Island, SC. I am looking to build a duplex in the space, but concerned with the current rise in material cost and the ability to find contractors to do the job. Does anybody know the current price per square foot to build a duplex in the James Island area? Also would it be in my best interest to try to wait until material cost decrease? Any advice is appreciated!
