How to Find Sub Contractors
I'm looking to create my own team of property maintenance professionals. I was wondering how do you find subcontractors? They don't advertise, they drive around in unmarked white vans and don't wear company clothes.
If you're in the Des Moines, IA Metro and mind sharing, who do you use for subcontractors? Right now I'm looking for an exterior painter but also interested in all other trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, roofing, gutters, floor covering, etc.
