Seeking my Core Four - The Contractor
Hey everyone. I am closing on a full side by side 2/2 duplex near White Rock Lake and would like to start getting the ball rolling with a trusted, honest contractor. This is my first investment property but certainly won't be the last. I am planning to BRRRR the property so I need a contractor to help me with the rehab, and if the relationship is fruitful, would plan on establishing a lucrative relationship with them long term as one of my Core Four so that they are my go-to contractor for all future rehabs. I am a honest, hard working person and know how to reward partners in my long term real estate goals. Lets make some money!
