STR - Marshall - NC, Septic Tank Issue

Hi everyone!

We recently bought a STR property in Marshall NC (close to Asheville). Unfortunately, we closed the deal before waiting for the county to issue a new septic system permit. The county's inspector who issued the report for the permit is offering to do the repairs charging us close to 10K!

Learn from our mistake - don't rush into closing the deal. Make sure you have all info at hand before closing and keep pushing your due diligence until you've got all the info at hand. 

Anyone knows a reliable contractor around the Asheville area that you would recommend?
