Looking for GC's in Austin & Condo Conversion Best Practices

Hi All. I have a contract for a duplex in Austin starting today. I need to send GC's out to the property within the next week. Do you have any recent GC contacts you can refer that are reputable and reasonably-priced in Austin? 
Also, can anyone share their best practices and lessons learned for converting a duplex into a condo?
