Help with software or systems to manage remodels

Hi all, I am a contractor with a small business, doing almost solely remodels for investors on rough houses.  I have the knowledge and know how to complete a remodel, but the business systems side of things in beginning to be a real problem for me.  I am not good with computers and I am looking for advice on systems or software or both to help manage and track subcontractors, job expenses, timelines, budgets etc.  Up until now I have mostly done everything written down and it works well for me, but my business is really taking off and with several remodels going on at once I cant keep doing it this way.
