Looking for a reliable class A contractor & an engineer
Looking for a reliable class A contractor & an engineer to help in my 2 unit addition project. I have engaged with an architect who submitted plans to the city last year but has been delaying with very slow and sometimes complete lack of communication. So I want to get more involved and get things moving as I want to have signed plans ready for construction by end of this year. Currently we have comments on public required improvement work and also upgrade of water meter. So I am looking for someone who can help produce ROW permit, submit it and deal with the city along with the subsequent work that will follow ASAP.
