Need GC and/or Structural Engineer
We are under contract on an investment home in Tallahassee that is sitting on pilings. According to the inspection report, it needs to be reenforced in places and there are a few posts that are showing some wood rot. I haven't been able to find any structural engineers in the area that work on residential homes. Does anyone have a good contact for a general contractor that can help us out?
