Roofing inspections on tall buildings

I recently went under contract with a house that has 3 stories (2-story with large attic).  There isn't access to the roof from the 2nd or 3rd story.   They only have 30' ladders and that wouldn't work.   They didn't inspect the roof.   Should I expect them to?  They gave me a contact to a company that uses a drone.   That costs $175.    Should I expect the inspector to cover somE of those costs?  What is your experience with roof inspections on 3-story buildings?
thanks!

I used to do home inspections as a sideline to my GC business. Typically HIs are not supposed to endanger themselves in any way, particularly not with high roofs.

A drone is used sometimes, but who is going to read the film? You need someone really good. I would personally pay a roofer to get up there and view it in person. It's obviously worth it. I bet it's < $200

And it's not the HIs fault you are buying a house that has 3 stories with a no-access roof.
