Fire Damaged Properties
How do you determine if a fire damaged property is TOO far gone?
I've identified a property that I'd consider a C for the most part, but there was a fire in the kitchen and that room's definitely an F.
Is it necessary to have a structural engineer make the call? Or anyone who looks at fire damaged properties, are there things you look for/avoid?
