Looking for Architectural Designer or Structural Engineer for ADU
Hey all! I'm in the beginning stages of planning an ADU build in Raleigh, NC. If anyone has any recommendations for an Architectural Designer or Structural Engineer who can help design and put the plans together that would be awesome. Someone local would be preferred but not required. If they specialize in ADU's and making the most of smaller footprints that's for sure a plus. Most likely, we'll be building a duplex ADU with both units being ~800 sq feet.
