Contractor / Handyman Recommendations?

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently looking for a reputable contractor/handyman that is local to Medina County, Ohio and has experience/is comfortable working with commercial maintenance/work. We're undergoing renovations for a few units at an apartment complex and would love to hit the ground running. (Paint, Cabinet Installation, Other tasks, etc.) If anyone has any contacts or suggestions to finding a contractor, please feel free to share.

Jacob, in Medina County and the greater Akron area, crews that regularly handle apartment turn work tend to be the most reliable since they’re already set up for paint, cabinets, flooring, and quick turnovers. A solid approach is asking local small multifamily owners for who they use, and checking with places like Sherwin Williams or ProSource since they know which contractors are consistently active on commercial and multifamily projects.
