Need Contractor in Denver by June 27th
Just bought two houses that need full rehab in north Denver and closing on June 27th. If anyone can recommend a contractor, that would be a big help. Just send me a private message with name and number.
I checked previous posts on such inquiries and it did not appear there was much response. I know none of us want to give up our contractors to other investors but it's also important to keep the good ones working so that they don't leave the business.
