Looking for Contractor in the Sacramneto area

Hello everyone First time Creative investor. I am looking for a contractor in the Sacramento area that has good feed back in dealing with FHA 203k loans. I am not sure where to start so if I can get some help heading in the right the direction that would be awesome.

Check with your lender. I haven't dealt with 203k yet but I was under the impression they had to be a HUD approved contractor.
