Does anyone have a contractor referral in Manhattan, IL. This is a small town, so if it is hard to find a referral, please also refer general contractor in Joliet, IL. I am looking for someone is reliable, ideally has worked with out of town investor. The work will be just some painting, carpet cleaning, fixing doors and doing some other touch up when seller move out of the house. Thank you!
