Contractor Recommendations - Charleston, SC
I'm looking for a contractor to do some work on my personal residence in Mt. Pleasant. We want to close in our screened in back porch (approx. 200sqft) to create a 4th Bedroom and potentially convert a half-bath into a full. I would love any recommendations for reliable contractors in the Charleston, SC area. Thanks in advance!

For your personal residence, I would choose Classic Remodeling, ask for my sister, Krista Scheider. I worked for Classic for 3 years after moving to Mt. Pleasant and my sister works there now. Classic is the best - by far. Other good options: Structures Building Corp. ask for Andy Shealy, or Southern Renaissance, ask for Rob Crawford. All three are expensive, but well worth it.
If you want a cheap guy for a rental property or a flip, I have those guys too. LOL!!
