I have a property in Centennial, I want to get some bids on popping a top over a 3 car gar. and pushing out a second story addition on the other side to increase a living room.

Do you have any recommendations for a good price competitive contractor?

@Tony SanFilippo I have a few options. I have a guy who has done a lot of remodel work for my previous flips, and another contractor I'm working with on some garage additions and larger remodels. I'll PM you their info.
