I just got offer accepted in Columbia SC for a rental property that needs some repairs. I was reaching out to you all to find out if you had any recommended home inspectors that you use regularly and contractors for things such as drywall, flooring etc. I appreciate anything that you can share and I will post pictures of before and after once its all taken care of.

Scott Guthrie at Crescent Construction has been a big help. Crescent is one of the largest roofers around South Carolina and they do remodels and repairs as well. I like that I can talk about repairs as opposed to rehab as opposed to restoration. He understands keeping something on-budget and that not every job needs equivalent type of work.
