I need a contractor by tomorrow
How do I find a licensed trusted contractor in literally hours in order to save a deal that's due diligence period ends tomorrow? Smh So I'm in the middle of putting together a flip deal for my investor. Had a contractor come out to do estimate. Hard money lender needed estimate to be more detailed in order to order appraisal tomorrow. We have to close by the 19th or else we lose our earnest money. Problem is the contractor just called me and said he has to bail out of the project π«π«π«π‘π‘π‘. Now I need a replacement QUICK!!!! This is unreal.
