Quality GC Needed in Birmingham, AL
Hello All, I hope everyone is having a great week. I recently purchased a property in Birmingham, AL and need a local, quality, GC, who has references. I am currently entertaining bids from some Regional and National providers, but need to eliminate the middle man where I can and would prefer to work directly with a great GC in the area as I will be buying more properties there very soon. My strategy is buy-to-rent so I don't need to coat it in granite and travertine tile, but want it to be quality work and quality craftsmanship. If any of you have any GC's you can refer to me I'd greatly appreciate it.
