Coverage limits for contractor's GL and WC insurnace?

Hi everyone, 

My management company contracts vendors for basic repairs to cosmetic upgrades etc for properties that we manage.  What kind of limits should we require all of our contractors to carry in terms of General Liab and Worker's Comp?  Thanks in advance!

@Account Closed Why would the state dictate you how to insure yourself? Is it a Florida thing?
