Hello, Houston.
Question: I have a 50/100 plot northwest of downtown that's two lots on legal description but one lot on tax assessment.
What's the process for obtaining a separate plat for each lot and approximate fees and costs?
Purpose is to subdivide and build two separate units. Thanks in advance for your replies!
