Seeking a General Contractor

Hi BP Community,

I'm a recent Real Estate Investor in Chicago mostly focused on fix and flips.  I'm currently in the process of building a robust team, the hardest piece has been finding an excellent GC. 

Can anyone recommend a good GC for full gut rehabs with great knowledge of city regulations and permits?
