Good morning, I am curently brand new within the real estate game but intend to purchase my first fix and flip by the end of the year!!! Looking to build an arsenal of local contacts and local business to use in the future. I need: contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc Also: affordable shops for materials! That's awesome that you have your goal set.  If you haven't already you should join one or both of the local REIAs.  I have found a lot of great contacts since I joined a few months ago.

Also Metrolina REIA is having a Vendor Expo on August 20th from 6-9:30pm.  That will be a great place to get all of the information you require on your list.
