Seeking Builder/JV Partners
New to BP but not real estate. I am seeking joint-venture/builder partners to remodel and flip single-family residential houses up to 4-plex units in California in Long Beach and the surrounding South Bay area out to Whittier and La Mirada. I prefer to work with builders and crews that are local. I can forward you my website to get an idea of my current and ongoing projects. I prefer a partner that has established lines of credit, access to private funding, etc. My role would be sourcing new projects, raising funds for new projects and pre-marketing/home sales.
