@Brandon L., to clarify, I don't think anyone was attacking anyone here. I don't believe any of the comments here indicate a negative mindset. I've lost money in real estate, and most of the successful people I know in real estate have lost money, particularly early on. If one can skip the losing money part, that is to be desired. Personally, I would have appreciated certain input early on, and since sharing useful information is BP's purpose, that was the intent of my and I believe Russell's posts. I apologize to the OP if my input was unwanted, and strongly hope that she knocks out even more than 20 houses next year. In all seriousness, @Lisa Washington, good luck and I hope you absolutely blow right past your goals.
