Critical Contractor Documents
I am trying to draw up some documents to hire a contractor. (using the Six Critical Documents guidelines from the Real Estate Rehab Investing Bible). I need to put together an independent contractor agreement, payment schedule and insurance idemnification form. Does anyone have a draft I could follow or at least a good reference where I could get some legal advice for drafting proper documents?
