Hi, I need to do a re-roof at one of my rental properties in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Any suggestions on who you have used that you would either highly recommend or conversely avoid?  I'm wanting a 30 year roof, but obviously want to get best price that I can without sacrificing quality.  Suggestions, please!

Hey John,

I recently used a local roofer on one of our units on Brookside, and his name is Himmer Mercado. He's licensed and was referred to me by a client of mine with a very large r/e portfolio. His bid for a 50 year shingled roof was much less than competitive bids I had received for 30 year shingles. He did a fabulous job for us, and since then I've referred him to multiple investment clients who have similarly spoken about his quality of work and affordability. In addition to him, I have another client who's likewise an investor and he has a roofing company, and several of my colleagues have used him. His name is Martin Tyler. If you're interested in reaching out to either of them shoot me a text and I'll get you their information!

All the best,

Cain
