Fire damaged properties
Hey guys,
I came across a property with a significant amount of fire damage. The price is good which is why I'm even considering taking the time to see if its a good deal. Before I jump right into this, what are some things I should look for and be concerned about? Should I avoid completely if its just a standing shell or could there be hope in a rehab?
