Handyman or Heating Cooling in Chicago?

Hi all, just purchased my first rental property (with advice from BP - woot!). After doing a few things by myself, I realized I need a handyman asap. Anyone have any recommendations of someone as a repetitive handyman for minor projects? 

Also, would appreciate any Heating/Cooling specialist recommendations.
