looking for a partner in the Joplin area.
been a lurking until now. new to real-estate investing (bought two houses about 6 weeks ago). But not new to the concept or Real estate. was a realtor some years back and ex husband has been in the business (new homes) for the whole 21 years we were married. I'm in need of a partner or good contractor. I live in the Joplin, Mo area and my current partner can no be my partner, so I'm left with two houses to finish renovation on and rent or sell. Anyone in this area? ( it's no longer feasible to keep my current husband as my partner). Any referrals are advice will be welcome.
