I am just getting started in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and would love to get recommendation on a quality contractor. I know this can be the hardest to find. Any reccommendations or references would be greatly appreciated. I know I have heard Josh and Brandon talk about going to Lowes or Home Depot at 7a.m. on a week day to see who is there ready to start the day early. I am willing to try that but was hoping to get a reference for somebody that someone has used in the past and been happy with.
Thanks in advance.
Carter, we are just starting out as well! I will be watching this thread for recommendations that are posted.
Depending on how much you want done, I use a handyman who takes care of all of my day-to-day maintenance needs. He also helps me with significant maintenance/remodels. He is outstanding and is one of the keys to our success. Fortunately, he has built up quite a network of sub-contractors (plumbers, HVAC, electrical) for those projects that need to be farmed out. These sub-contractors are the ones that we found that do an incredible job and provide discounts for the volume we provide. We have gone through a lot of contractors to finally find these. His name is David Dietrich (Mr. Fix It) . Send me an email request if you want his cell #
I had the same question in the area, under contract on a cash deal, looking for more, I could use a good agent who is investor friendly as well.
