Adding contractor as a partner
I'm considering adding a contractor as a partner in some of my flip and BRRRR investments. I'm soliciting feedback on both sides (contractors and investors) and ideally for and against. On the plus side, I think aligning the interests of each party is key. However, on the negative is obviously whether the contractor added should be a partner on all deals. They may not be as interested in buy and hold. It's hard to say.
