I am closing on my first rental property in Lincoln, Nebraska. Does anyone have any good contractors for roofing, siding, and/or windows that they would recommend?

I have a couple I can DM you.  Why did you buy in Lincoln from California?  I’ve been seeing a lot of that lately.

 My husband is going to be medically retiring from the military soon so we’ve decided to sell our Southern California home and head somewhere that our dollars would go little farther. We picked Lincoln because we had friends there and like what we know about the rental market and demographic.
