Looking for a Maintenance contractor for Apartment Building

We are buying a 48-unit apartment building in Beloit, WI just south of Janesville and are looking for a 3rd party contractor to fulfill the responsibilities of everyday maintenance of the building (fix minor items that are broken, leaking toilet, change locks, clean or coordinate cleaning for make-readies, painting, etc), as well as basic manager roles such as showings, move-ins, move-outs, etc.  

We will be managing the property remotely, but are looking for someone to take care of everything else that would otherwise require us to be there.  We're not looking to hire an employee, but rather a recommendation of a 3rd party contractor that will bill us for their services.
