I just picked up a building where the shell is good, but the inside has to be rehabbed.  I already hired a archiet and have the plans.  I am looking to bid the work out to construction companies in the NY Capital Region area (Albany/Schenectady, Etc.).  Anyone know of some companies to reach out to?  It's only a 3 story residential building, so it's not a really big job.
