Looking For Handyman - Chicago Northside

Morning all and happy Black Friday!  We are looking for a handyman to handle small punch-lists of repairs to turnover work for our properties on the Northside of Chicago.  We have 4 employee Techs that work out of our Chicago office but they stay mostly south.  If anyone can refer me someone with a wide skill set it would be appreciated.
