Need Recommendation for Fix/Flip Contractors in Florida
I currently live in Los Angeles but have found someone who is offering to fund fix/flip deals I find in Florida (where he resides). I have a few places lined up around the Tampa Bay, Ft. Lauderdale and New Smyrna Beach area. Does anyone have any recommendations for contractors in those areas? I’ll be heading out that way to stay with a family member and monitor the process on and off.
For those without suggestions, where did you find contractors you could trust? I have a pretty good judge of character but I’ve heard of some awful horror stories recently.
