Handyman / Turnover work vendors / Chicago

Morning All,

As spring time nears so does our amount of turnovers.  Some tenants we are happy to see leave and some others we were unable to convince to stay but nevertheless, it increases our turnover workload. I am looking for some Chicago landlords that can refer me some vendors that can do the following.  I will not steal anyone away permanently just looking for a job by job contractor that can get the work done the first time.  Many of our vendors and employees come from northwest Indiana so that works for referrals to us as well.

• Assist with CHA inspection punch lists
• Complete Rent Ready punch lists
• Paint / light drywall work
• Light rehab
