Any Recomendations LR area

Hello, does anybody recommend a subcontractor that can look at a duplex that needs work? Requested areas of work that we need is Electrical, Foundation & Roof, Plumbing. I am well aware that we need to call around, just checking to see if anybody has any recommendation from rapport.
