Need contractor’s help

Hello I need an advice on my property with a garage and add on. Previous owners started to convert garage to livable place and one add on room. The roof is leaking in additIon room. Plus I want to a bathroom in a garage. If anyone knows good contractor that give advice and help in Portland,Oregon Thank you.
