Hello!

My wife and I have found our first potential BRRR property in Newport, KY (just over the River from Cincinnati). It's a foreclosure and the deadline for bids is end of day Monday so we need a contractor to look at it ASAP. So far, we can't find anyone on such short notice.

Any leads would be extremely helpful! Thanks!
