My Dad .. the contractor
My father is a GC in Pennsylvania who has decades of experience. He is interested in possible property management in northeastern PA area. He is still working hard in his 60s and can offer a ton of wisdom and knows how to save money for investors. I asked him if I can post this and he was excited. He would be a value add. He still works his own jobs etc but wants something less physically demanding. He is professional and expects to be treated like one. If interested please reach out.
