I'm looking for a Contractor in Tulsa OK who can oversee a rehab project.  If anybody has rehabbed in Tulsa before, I'd love to talk to you about recommendations or referrals.  I need some plumbing, drywall and paint done.  Seems straightforward, but is anything, ever?
