How to find good Contractors
I’m a little stuck I want a good contractor who can do everything but I also want someone who won’t charge a heavy price,I plan on my flip taking no longer then 120 days. How do you guys generally find contractors ? And how do you pay them before or after the job ? Or maybe even during ?
